1. The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards. 2. The Gift Card can be brought in the following currencies only - AED, SAR, and EGP. 3. The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com; a. In the UAE, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (UAE), SIVVI.com (UAE), and/or noon pay mobile app (UAE). i. In the UAE, once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the applicable customer's cashback balance on the noon pay mobile app and also visible on the checkout page, under the noon pay balance. b. In KSA, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (KSA) and/or SIVVI.com (KSA). i. In KSA, once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be visible on the checkout page, under the noon pay balance. c. In Egypt, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (Egypt). i. In Egypt, once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be visible on the checkout page, under the noon pay balance. 6. The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items. 7. The Gift Card may also be used for Recharges and/or Bill Payments services on the noon pay-UAE platform. 8. If a customer would like to use the redeemed Gift Card balance on the noon pay platform and access additional spending touchpoints, then the customer will have to successfully complete the initial KYC process by scanning their Emirates ID. 9. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account. 10. Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued
