Maxim’s e-gift coupons are of three different face value (HK$20, HK$50 and HK$100), highly redeemable over 450 outlets at selected Maxim’s Chinese and western restaurants, m.a.x. concepts restaurants, Maxim’s MX outlets, Maxim’s Cakes & Arome Bakery, Starbucks, Shake Shack and Japanese Chain restaurants in Hong Kong.

• This Gift E-Coupon entitles the holder to redeem for consumption and/or products, amounting to the value printed on the front page of this Gift E-Coupon, at selected brands and its outlets of Maxim’s Caterers Limited ('Maxim’s') in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on or before the expiry date shown.

• This Gift E-coupon cannot be used for order or purchase by telephone, mobile apps, online ordering or with delivery service.
• This Gift E-coupon cannot be used to purchase any gift certificate.
• This Gift E-coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or cash coupons, no change will be given in cash or any other form for redemption of this Gift E-coupon.
• This Gift E-coupon must be presented before payment, will become void after redemption and can be redeemed once only.

• If this Gift E-coupon has expired, is lost or damaged, it will not be replaced and will be invalid.

• This Gift E-coupon cannot be used at any 'We Proudly Serve Starbucks' counters in Hong Kong.
• This Gift E-coupon is not allowed for resale by any means and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written approval of Maxim’s.
• Maxim’s reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Gift E-coupon without notice. Maxim’s reserves the right of the final decision in case of any dispute.
• The Chinese version of the terms and conditions of this Gift E-coupon prevails if any discrepancy exists between the Chinese and English versions.
