1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Tokenstore, including our website, checkout, account area, order pages, digital delivery systems, Telegram mini app, support services, promotions, and any other services made available under the Tokenstore brand.

Tokenstore is operated by Nebularsoft Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

By accessing Tokenstore, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, receiving a digital code, redeeming a Product, installing an eSIM, using a mobile top-up, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Tokenstore.

2. Regulatory Status; No Money Services or Payment Services

Tokenstore is an ecommerce platform operated by Nebularsoft Limited for the sale of its own designated digital Products.

Nebularsoft Limited is not a money services business, money service operator, payment service provider, acquiring institution, payment gateway provider, payment processor, remittance provider, money transmitter, money changer, e-wallet operator, stored value facility issuer, bank, financial institution, foreign exchange provider, investment service provider, virtual asset service provider, or other regulated payment intermediary.

Nebularsoft Limited does not offer payment services, payment processing services, acquiring services, payment gateway services, money transmission, money remittance, money-changing services, currency exchange services, wallet custody, stored value issuance, financial services, investment services, or similar regulated services to Customers, Issuers, suppliers, merchants, or third parties.

Any payments accepted through Tokenstore are accepted solely as payment for Tokenstore’s own ecommerce sales of Products. Any settlement received by Nebularsoft Limited is received by Nebularsoft Limited as merchant settlement for its own designated ecommerce transactions, and not as settlement, remittance, payment processing, acquiring, payment facilitation, collection, safeguarding, money transfer, money-changing, or payment intermediary services provided to or on behalf of any third party.

Tokenstore may use third-party payment processors, banks, payment service providers, crypto payment processors, wallet providers, fraud prevention providers, and other service providers to receive payment for its own Products. The use of such third-party providers does not mean that Nebularsoft Limited itself provides payment services, remittance services, acquiring services, payment gateway services, payment processing services, money-changing services, stored value services, or money transmission services.

Customers must not use Tokenstore as a payment intermediary, remittance channel, money transfer tool, value transfer mechanism, cash-out mechanism, exchange service, payment collection service, payment gateway, or means to transfer value to another person except through the lawful purchase and delivery of Products made available by Tokenstore.

3. Definitions

In these Terms:

“Tokenstore,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Nebularsoft Limited, trading as Tokenstore.

“Customer,” “user,” “you,” or “your” means any person or entity accessing or using Tokenstore.

“Platform” means the Tokenstore website, checkout, account area, order system, Telegram mini app, integrations, digital delivery tools, support systems, APIs, and any related online environment operated by or for Tokenstore.

“Product” or “Products” means digital goods sold by Tokenstore as part of its own ecommerce activity, including digital gift cards, closed-loop vouchers, merchant-specific prepaid codes, gaming vouchers, game top-ups, game keys, eSIMs, mobile recharge products, mobile data packages, entertainment vouchers, shopping vouchers, food and restaurant vouchers, travel vouchers, and other lawful digital codes or digital content made available through the Platform.

Products do not include money remittance, money-changing services, payment services, acquiring services, payment gateway services, payment processing services, stored value facility issuance, e-wallet services, financial instruments, forex products, lottery products, gambling products, adult products, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, or any other product or service category that Tokenstore prohibits or is not legally authorised to offer.

“Code” means any digital code, PIN, voucher number, serial number, activation key, game key, QR code, eSIM profile, redemption link, top-up reference, or similar digital credential supplied through Tokenstore.

“Issuer” means the third-party brand, merchant, mobile network operator, game publisher, platform, eSIM provider, supplier, distributor, or other third party that issues, operates, redeems, activates, or honours a Product.

“Order” means a purchase request placed through Tokenstore.

“Delivered” means that a Product, Code, redemption link, eSIM QR code, order page, activation credential, or other relevant digital credential has been made available to you through the Platform, email, account page, API response, mini app response, direct top-up flow, or any other delivery method used by Tokenstore.

“Opened,” “Unsealed,” or “Revealed” means that a Code, PIN, QR code, redemption link, serial number, activation key, eSIM credential, or equivalent credential has been displayed, accessed, copied, downloaded, sent, activated, redeemed, installed, or otherwise made visible or usable.

“Sealed” means that a Product has been allocated or delivered to your order area but the underlying Code or credential has not yet been revealed, accessed, displayed, activated, installed, redeemed, copied, or otherwise made usable.

4. Eligibility

You may use Tokenstore only if:

1. you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
2. you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
3. you are using Tokenstore for lawful personal use, genuine gifting, or approved business use;
4. you are not prohibited from using Tokenstore under any applicable law;
5. you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, acting from, or acting on behalf of a person located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction;
6. you are not subject to sanctions, asset freezes, watchlists, or other restrictions imposed by Hong Kong, the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority;
7. you are not using Tokenstore to evade laws, payment controls, product restrictions, age restrictions, sanctions controls, fraud controls, or Issuer terms.

We may refuse service, cancel Orders, restrict accounts, withhold delivery, request verification, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

5. Strictly Prohibited Product Categories

Tokenstore strictly prohibits the sale, listing, distribution, promotion, facilitation, redemption, or attempted purchase of Products connected to prohibited, restricted, unlawful, or high-risk categories.

The following categories are strictly forbidden on the Platform:

1. alcohol;
2. tobacco, nicotine, vaping, or smoking-related products;
3. gambling, betting, casino, wagering, sports betting, poker, sweepstakes, prize draws, or similar products;
4. lottery products or lottery-related services;
5. adult content, adult entertainment, escort services, sexual services, or sexually explicit products;
6. illegal drugs, controlled substances, recreational drugs, narcotics, drug paraphernalia, cannabis, CBD, THC, synthetic drugs, or similar products;
7. forex, contracts for difference, binary options, investment schemes, trading platforms, securities, derivatives, crypto investment schemes, or other financial speculation products;
8. weapons, controlled goods, or unlawful goods;
9. products or services that are illegal, restricted, age-restricted, regulated, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or prohibited in any relevant jurisdiction;
10. any similar or related category that Tokenstore determines, in its sole discretion, creates legal, regulatory, payment, sanctions, reputational, consumer-protection, or compliance risk.

Any Product that directly or indirectly leads to, facilitates, enables, promotes, funds, redeems for, or is materially connected with any prohibited category may be rejected, disabled, suspended, blocked, delisted, or removed immediately, without prior notice.

Tokenstore may also reject, suspend, remove, disable, cancel, or restrict any Product where the Product description, redemption destination, Issuer, supplier, merchant category, brand, website, end-use, advertising material, user activity, order pattern, support claim, or transaction data indicates a connection with a prohibited category.

Tokenstore’s decision to disable, remove, reject, cancel, or restrict a Product under this section is final and may be made without disclosing detailed risk, compliance, supplier, fraud, or investigation information.

6. Nature of Tokenstore’s Service

Tokenstore is an ecommerce merchant and digital goods platform. Depending on the Product and supply chain, Tokenstore may act as seller, reseller, distributor, merchant, or technical ecommerce facilitator for the sale and delivery of digital Products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. Tokenstore is not the Issuer of the Product;
2. Tokenstore does not operate the third-party service for which a Product is redeemed;
3. Tokenstore does not control the Issuer’s redemption systems, account rules, regional restrictions, product terms, balance rules, expiry dates, service quality, customer support, or acceptance decisions;
4. use of a Product is also subject to the Issuer’s own terms and conditions;
5. the Issuer may refuse redemption if you breach its terms, use the Product in the wrong country or region, use an incompatible account, attempt prohibited resale, violate platform rules, or fail to satisfy the Issuer’s requirements.

You must carefully read the Product description, denomination, currency, region, redemption instructions, Issuer terms, compatibility notes, and any restrictions before placing an Order.

7. Product Information and Availability

We aim to provide accurate Product information, including Product name, country, currency, denomination, description, estimated delivery time, redemption instructions, and known restrictions. However, Product information may be based on information supplied by Issuers, distributors, suppliers, mobile operators, eSIM providers, game publishers, or other third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. Product images are for identification and illustration only;
2. descriptions may be summarised;
3. Product terms may change without advance notice from the Issuer;
4. stock availability may change at any time;
5. pricing may change due to exchange rates, supplier pricing, network fees, payment costs, or technical factors;
6. obvious pricing, denomination, currency, availability, translation, typographical, or technical errors are not binding on Tokenstore.

We may cancel, refuse, suspend, or manually review an Order if the Product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly listed, subject to fraud risk, restricted in your country, connected to a prohibited category, or otherwise cannot be supplied.

8. Geographic, Country, and Regional Restrictions

Many Products are country-specific, currency-specific, account-specific, operator-specific, device-specific, or region-locked.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

1. the Product is valid in the country where you intend to use it;
2. your account region matches the Product region;
3. your IP address, billing information, device, network, SIM, platform account, or game account is compatible with the Product;
4. the Product can be redeemed by you or the intended recipient;
5. you are not using VPNs, proxies, false location data, false account regions, or other methods to bypass regional restrictions.

If you purchase a Product for the wrong country, wrong currency, wrong region, wrong platform, wrong mobile operator, wrong phone number, wrong device, wrong account, wrong game server, or wrong recipient, Tokenstore will not be responsible and no refund will be provided once the Product is Delivered, Opened, activated, installed, redeemed, topped up, or otherwise made usable.

9. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account or provide an email address to place an Order, receive Products, access Order history, obtain support, complete verification, or participate in promotions.

You agree to:

1. provide accurate, complete, and current information;
2. keep your login details secure;
3. use only your own account;
4. not share your account with others;
5. notify us immediately of suspected unauthorised access;
6. not create multiple accounts to evade limits, verification, sanctions controls, fraud controls, product restrictions, or promotional rules.

You are responsible for all Orders, payments, redemptions, claims, and activities occurring through your account, email address, device, or payment method unless caused by Tokenstore’s proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Order Process

An Order is placed when you select a Product, provide the required details, accept the applicable terms, and submit the Order through the checkout or equivalent purchase flow.

An Order is not accepted by Tokenstore until:

1. payment is successfully authorised, received, confirmed, and cleared;
2. fraud, compliance, sanctions, product-category, risk, and availability checks are completed where applicable;
3. Tokenstore confirms the Order or delivers the Product.

We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or manually review any Order before or after payment where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, technical reasons, supplier availability, payment issues, pricing errors, prohibited-category controls, sanctions controls, or breach of these Terms.

11. Payment and Merchant Settlement

Tokenstore may accept payment methods including cards, alternative payment methods, digital wallets, crypto payment processors, bank methods, on-chain payments, payment links, or other methods shown at checkout.

Payments made through Tokenstore are payments to Nebularsoft Limited for Tokenstore’s own ecommerce sales of Products. Nebularsoft Limited receives settlement as the merchant, seller, reseller, or ecommerce merchant for its own designated transactions. Nebularsoft Limited does not receive, hold, process, settle, transmit, remit, exchange, safeguard, or transfer funds as a payment service, remittance service, payment processing service, acquiring service, payment gateway service, money-changing service, stored value service, or regulated payment intermediary service provided to others.

You agree that:

1. payment must be made in full before delivery;
2. you must use only payment methods that you are authorised to use;
3. fees, exchange rates, blockchain network fees, payment processor fees, and currency conversion costs may apply;
4. crypto and blockchain payments may be irreversible;
5. underpayments may delay or prevent delivery;
6. overpayments may be refunded only after verification and deduction of applicable network, processor, or administrative costs;
7. chargebacks, payment reversals, payment disputes, unauthorised payment claims, or suspected payment fraud may result in account suspension, order cancellation, recovery action, disclosure to payment processors, and disclosure to competent authorities where appropriate.

12. Crypto and Blockchain Payments

Where Tokenstore accepts crypto, stablecoin, blockchain, wallet, or on-chain payment methods, it does so solely as a method of receiving payment for Tokenstore’s own Products.

Tokenstore does not provide cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, custody, wallet, investment, remittance, money transmission, payment processing, payment facilitation, acquiring, payment gateway, stored value, or regulated virtual asset services. Tokenstore does not transfer funds or digital assets between Customers, Issuers, suppliers, merchants, or third parties.

You are solely responsible for sending the correct asset, on the correct network, to the correct address, within the required payment window.

Tokenstore is not responsible for losses caused by:

1. sending funds to the wrong address;
2. using the wrong network or blockchain;
3. sending the wrong token or unsupported asset;
4. using an expired invoice;
5. insufficient gas or network fees;
6. delayed confirmations;
7. smart contract failure;
8. wallet errors;
9. exchange withdrawal delays;
10. blockchain congestion;
11. unsupported memo, tag, or destination information;
12. third-party wallet, exchange, bridge, or blockchain errors.

Crypto refunds, where approved, may be issued in the original asset, a stablecoin, store credit, fiat equivalent, or another method selected by Tokenstore, subject to operational feasibility, compliance checks, network fees, and payment processor rules.

Tokenstore is not responsible for market volatility, slippage, conversion differences, gas fees, miner fees, network fees, or price changes.

13. Delivery

Digital Products are usually delivered electronically after successful payment and completion of risk checks.

Delivery may occur by:

1. on-screen display;
2. account order page;
3. email;
4. downloadable file;
5. QR code;
6. API response;
7. Telegram mini app response;
8. supplier delivery flow;
9. direct top-up to a phone number, game account, wallet, or user identifier.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, fraud screening, compliance review, supplier downtime, Issuer verification, stock issues, blockchain confirmations, email filtering, network problems, prohibited-category checks, or force majeure.

If you do not receive a Product after successful payment, you must contact Tokenstore support and provide your Order ID, email address, payment reference, and relevant screenshots.

14. Risk of Loss After Delivery

Once a Product is Delivered, you are responsible for keeping it secure.

Tokenstore is not responsible for loss, theft, unauthorised use, accidental disclosure, deletion, forwarding, copying, compromise, or redemption of a Delivered Product, including where caused by:

1. compromised email accounts;
2. shared devices;
3. malware;
4. screenshots;
5. forwarding to the wrong recipient;
6. account sharing;
7. phishing;
8. user error;
9. third-party access;
10. unauthorised redemption after delivery.

Treat all Codes like cash.

15. eSIM-Specific Terms

For eSIM Products:

1. you are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked, and supports the relevant network bands;
2. you must not delete an installed eSIM unless instructed, as many eSIMs cannot be reinstalled once deleted;
3. eSIM activation periods, validity periods, coverage areas, fair usage rules, speed limitations, throttling rules, network availability, hotspot availability, and data reset rules are determined by the eSIM provider or network operator;
4. coverage may vary by location, device, network congestion, building conditions, roaming arrangements, and local operator performance;
5. Tokenstore does not guarantee uninterrupted mobile data, 5G availability, specific speeds, or coverage in all areas;
6. no refund is provided after an eSIM QR code or activation credential has been Delivered, Opened, installed, activated, or used, except where the eSIM is proven to be defective due to a supplier-side issue and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting.

You may be required to provide screenshots, device model, operating system version, location, network settings, error messages, and other diagnostic information before an eSIM claim can be reviewed.

16. Mobile Recharge and Top-Up Terms

For mobile recharge, airtime, operator PIN, or direct top-up Products:

1. you are solely responsible for entering the correct phone number, country code, network operator, top-up amount, and recipient details;
2. mobile recharge transactions are often immediate and irreversible;
3. once a recharge is successfully submitted to the operator or supplier, it cannot normally be cancelled, reversed, transferred, or refunded;
4. delays may occur because of operator outages, supplier checks, incorrect details, roaming conditions, or network issues;
5. Tokenstore is not responsible for failed or misdirected top-ups caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

17. Gaming Top-Ups, Game Keys, and Platform Credits

For gaming credits, in-game currencies, account top-ups, game keys, platform wallet codes, or publisher-specific Products:

1. you must ensure that the Product matches your platform, region, game, publisher account, console, currency, and account type;
2. some Products may not work on child accounts, restricted accounts, banned accounts, suspended accounts, business accounts, accounts with mismatched regions, or accounts that violate publisher rules;
3. Tokenstore is not responsible if the game publisher, console platform, or account operator refuses redemption due to account status, region mismatch, fraud controls, age restrictions, account restrictions, or policy violations;
4. once delivered or redeemed, gaming Products are not refundable unless the Code was invalid before delivery and the claim is verified.

18. No Unauthorised Resale

Products purchased through Tokenstore are intended for personal, lawful end-use or genuine gifting.

Unless Tokenstore gives prior written approval, you must not:

1. resell Products;
2. broker Products;
3. use Tokenstore as a sourcing channel for commercial resale;
4. use Products for arbitrage, laundering, fraud, scams, gambling, sanctions evasion, payment evasion, or unlawful financial activity;
5. advertise yourself as an authorised reseller of Tokenstore or any Issuer;
6. purchase Products on behalf of unknown third parties;
7. use Tokenstore to source Products for prohibited categories or restricted businesses.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel Orders, withhold delivery, freeze access, or request business verification if we suspect unauthorised resale or commercial use.

19. Prohibited Use

You must not use Tokenstore:

1. for fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, illegal trading, stolen payment instruments, stolen identities, account takeovers, or other unlawful activity;
2. to purchase Products with proceeds of crime;
3. to evade transaction limits, risk controls, KYC checks, geo-blocking, sanctions controls, product-category controls, or issuer restrictions;
4. to test stolen cards, compromised wallets, leaked credentials, or fraudulent payment methods;
5. to attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, probe, scan, exploit, or interfere with the Platform;
6. to upload malware, malicious code, bots, automated purchasing tools, or unauthorised scripts;
7. to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
8. to abuse promotions, referrals, discounts, cashback, loyalty schemes, or refund processes;
9. to harass, threaten, or abuse Tokenstore staff or support agents;
10. to purchase, access, fund, promote, facilitate, resell, or distribute any Product connected with alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping, gambling, betting, lottery, adult products, drugs, forex, trading, investment schemes, or similar prohibited categories;
11. as a substitute for a payment service, remittance service, money transfer service, money-changing service, payment gateway, acquiring service, payment processing service, cash-out service, value transfer service, stored value service, or financial service;
12. to transfer value to another person or entity except through the lawful purchase and delivery of Products made available by Tokenstore;
13. to disguise the source, ownership, purpose, beneficiary, recipient, or end-use of funds or Products;
14. to circumvent product-category restrictions, supplier restrictions, payment processor rules, sanctions controls, age restrictions, geographic restrictions, or compliance controls;
15. in any manner that may damage Tokenstore, Issuers, suppliers, payment processors, Customers, or the public.

20. Compliance, Verification, and Risk Controls

Tokenstore may apply fraud prevention, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering controls, transaction monitoring, IP checks, device fingerprinting, velocity rules, payment risk scoring, blockchain analytics, identity checks, document checks, source-of-funds checks, product-category screening, and manual reviews.

We may request additional information, including:

1. name;
2. date of birth;
3. address;
4. phone number;
5. identity document;
6. proof of payment ownership;
7. wallet ownership evidence;
8. source of funds;
9. business registration documents;
10. beneficial ownership information;
11. explanation of purchase activity;
12. explanation of Product end-use;
13. evidence that an Order is not connected to a prohibited category.

We may refuse, delay, cancel, or refund an Order if you do not provide requested information, if verification fails, if information is inconsistent, or if we determine that the transaction presents legal, financial, fraud, chargeback, sanctions, supplier, product-category, or reputational risk.

We may be legally, contractually, operationally, or security-wise prohibited from disclosing the reason for certain reviews, delays, refusals, account restrictions, reports, investigations, or risk decisions.

21. Order Limits

Tokenstore may impose limits per user, account, email, device, IP address, wallet address, payment instrument, country, Product, denomination, day, week, month, or other risk factor.

Limits may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Attempting to bypass limits by using multiple accounts, emails, devices, cards, wallets, VPNs, proxies, identities, related persons, or affiliated entities is a breach of these Terms.

22. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by Tokenstore’s Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

As a general rule:

1. digital Products are supplied immediately or near-immediately;
2. Delivered, Opened, revealed, redeemed, activated, installed, used, or direct-top-up Products are not refundable unless defective before delivery and verified by Tokenstore;
3. wrong Product, wrong country, wrong region, wrong currency, wrong platform, wrong phone number, wrong operator, incompatible device, recipient error, account mismatch, or change of mind are not refundable after delivery or opening;
4. Sealed and unused Products may be eligible for refund at Tokenstore’s discretion and subject to supplier approval, compliance review, and applicable fees;
5. refunds may require proof, screenshots, Issuer confirmation, supplier investigation, and identity verification;
6. Orders connected to prohibited categories, fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, unauthorised resale, or breach of these Terms may be refused, cancelled, blocked, or refunded at Tokenstore’s discretion.

23. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Where mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or similar right, nothing in these Terms excludes that right.

However, you acknowledge that many Products sold by Tokenstore are digital content or digital services supplied immediately after payment. Where permitted by law, by placing an Order you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right once the Product is Delivered, Opened, revealed, activated, redeemed, installed, topped up, or otherwise made available for use.

For jurisdictions where a specific withdrawal checkbox, consent statement, model withdrawal form, or post-contract confirmation is required, Tokenstore may implement such process at checkout.

24. Defective, Invalid, or Already Redeemed Codes

If you believe a Product was invalid, already redeemed, defective, or not delivered, you must contact Tokenstore support promptly and provide:

1. Order ID;
2. email address used for purchase;
3. full screenshots of the error, including visible URL or app screen where possible;
4. screenshots showing the Code entry attempt, with sensitive parts masked only where appropriate;
5. written response from the Issuer’s customer support where requested;
6. date and time of attempted redemption;
7. country, account region, device, operator, network, or platform information;
8. any other information reasonably requested.

Tokenstore may investigate with suppliers and Issuers. Investigation times vary and may depend on third parties.

A refund or replacement will be provided only if Tokenstore determines that the Product was defective before delivery and that the issue was not caused by user error, region mismatch, account issue, device incompatibility, breach of Issuer terms, post-delivery compromise, or prohibited use.

25. Promotions, Discounts, Loyalty, and Referral Programs

Tokenstore may offer promotions, discount codes, campaigns, cashback, loyalty points, referral rewards, or other benefits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. promotions are discretionary;
2. promotions may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time;
3. promotions have no cash value;
4. promotions may be limited by country, Product, payment method, user, account, device, or time period;
5. promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted;
6. abuse, self-referral, fake accounts, bulk purchasing, resale, prohibited-category activity, or suspicious activity may result in cancellation of benefits and account restriction.

26. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, including software, design, databases, user interface, text, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, product categorisation, images, and content are owned by Tokenstore or its licensors.

Third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, and Product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification of the Products only.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, frame, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, exploit, or use Tokenstore content without prior written permission.

27. Third-Party Websites and Services

Tokenstore may link to Issuer websites, redemption pages, payment processors, wallet providers, review platforms, support tools, or other third-party services.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, fees, decisions, or performance.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

28. Platform Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue any part of Tokenstore at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, networks, countries, payment methods, or third-party systems.

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, change product listings, remove Products, disable categories, change suppliers, adjust pricing, or modify checkout flows without prior notice.

29. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. Tokenstore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
2. we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability, or compatibility with all devices, networks, wallets, browsers, or countries;
3. we do not guarantee that any Product will meet your expectations or be accepted by an Issuer where the Issuer refuses redemption for reasons outside our control;
4. we do not provide financial, legal, tax, travel, telecommunications, gaming, payment, remittance, investment, or technical advice;
5. we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party systems, payment processors, blockchain networks, Issuers, suppliers, mobile operators, internet providers, app stores, game publishers, wallet providers, or user error.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenstore’s total liability arising out of or relating to an Order, Product, Code, account, payment, refund, delivery, or use of the Platform is limited to the amount actually paid by you to Tokenstore for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenstore is not liable for:

1. indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages;
2. loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, business, opportunity, or reputation;
3. loss caused by wrong Product selection, wrong recipient details, wrong phone number, wrong operator, wrong country, wrong currency, wrong platform, wrong wallet network, wrong account, or incompatible device;
4. loss caused by delay, supplier failure, Issuer refusal, network outage, blockchain congestion, payment processor action, compliance review, product-category restriction, or force majeure;
5. unauthorised redemption or use after delivery;
6. losses exceeding the Product price paid to Tokenstore.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

31. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tokenstore, Nebularsoft Limited, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from:

1. your breach of these Terms;
2. your misuse of the Platform or Products;
3. your violation of law or third-party rights;
4. your fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, or wilful misconduct;
5. your incorrect order information;
6. your unauthorised resale or commercial use;
7. chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment fraud linked to your Order;
8. your breach of Issuer terms;
9. your use of Tokenstore for prohibited categories or prohibited purposes;
10. your attempt to use Tokenstore as a payment, remittance, transfer, cash-out, or financial service.

32. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Tokenstore at any time if:

1. you breach these Terms;
2. we suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, sanctions risk, chargeback risk, unauthorised resale, prohibited-category activity, or misuse;
3. you fail verification;
4. your conduct creates legal, operational, payment, supplier, regulatory, or reputational risk;
5. required by law, payment processors, suppliers, Issuers, regulators, banks, or authorities.

Suspension or termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before suspension or termination.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on Tokenstore with a new “Last updated” date.

Changes apply from publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of Tokenstore after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

34. Complaints and Support

You must provide sufficient information for us to identify your Order and investigate your request.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but response times may vary depending on case complexity, supplier response times, weekends, public holidays, and investigation requirements.

35. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, Tokenstore, Orders, Products, payments, refunds, delivery, or use of the Platform.

36. General

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary for business operations, restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or legal compliance.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Statement, checkout notices, Product terms, and any additional terms presented to you, form the entire agreement between you and Tokenstore.
